Vendor Registration

VENDOR VILLAGE OPPORTUNITY


We aim for the Vendor Village will be a high-traffic, central feature of the event, offering businesses the opportunity to connect directly with attendees while contributing to a meaningful cause.
Participation is open to a wide variety of vendors, including retail, services, crafts, and promotional brands.


VENDOR PACKAGE DETAILS


• Space Allocation: One (1) 10’ x 10’ (100 sq ft) vendor space
• Fee: $200 per 100 sq ft space
• Use: Display, promotion, and direct sales are not only permitted but encouraged
• Exposure: Access to a large, community-driven audience
Additional space may be requested based on availability. 

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

  • Vendor fees are considered a donation and will be included as part of the proceeds benefiting Williamson County Deputies Foundation 

  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup, including tents, tables, chairs, and power (if needed).

  • Setup starts at 8am and breakdown can begin as early as 7pm, crowd provided.

  • All displays must remain within the assigned footprint.

  • Vendors must comply with all local regulations and permitting requirements (if applicable).

  • No power is available, so please plan accordingly

  • Rain or shine event
